We had humble beginnings, rooted in solving a problem for our own IT business. In 2012, brothers Peter and Darren Bell founded what was then called Techno Phobia, later renamed Techno Global Team (TGT), with only two employees in the Philippines.
Over time, the company grew, taking on new clients and expanding its expertise beyond IT. To reflect this growth, Techno Global Team rebranded in late 2025 as TGT Global, a trusted offshoring partner offering more roles and services across various industries, aside from IT.

Competitors could be your clients
Soon after, one of our direct competitors, bumped into Peter asking for IT support. Instead of turning them down, PB said yes. That decision opened a new door for growth.
They hired two people in Manila to handle patching tasks overnight. What started as a simple fix for one client became a working model that others wanted to follow.
By the end of that year, they had grown from two to six employees. The Bell brothers had proven that offshoring could deliver reliable results when built on trust, structure, and service excellence.
Controlled growth that built lasting partnerships
For the next 14 years, the team grew with purpose and discipline. TGT Global expanded to five offices across the Philippines and Sri Lanka, refining its systems and strengthening its culture.
The company built a secure operational model backed by an IT foundation. This focus on quality and security led to ISO 27001 certification, ensuring that every partner’s data and network remain safe.
Aside from technology, TGT Global made sure its people were at the center of success. Through the ViTAL program, the company created ways to keep employees engaged, valued, and motivated.
The team also became a familiar face at global conferences, known for sharing insights about offshoring, and handing out TimTams. Many of those early connections grew into long-term partnerships that continue today.
A rebrand that reflects growth and a wider mission
Over time, it became clear that the solutions TGT provided were not limited to the tech industry. Businesses in finance, logistics, accounting, real estate, freight forwarding, and marketing began to seek their help.
These industries wanted to scale smartly and efficiently. The company realized that its name no longer reflected the wide range of services it offered.
In late 2025, Techno Global Team officially became TGT Global, a name that represents both its history and its broader vision for the future.
This rebranding marked a new phase of growth, adaptability, and our mission to simplify offshoring for every business.
