TGT has established a strict Code of Conduct that prohibits any form of forced labour and human trafficking. We also have a Supplier Code of Conduct that requires all suppliers to comply with anti-slavery laws and regulations. Our due diligence process includes vetting of suppliers and regular audits to ensure compliance with our anti-slavery standards. We provide regular training for employees and suppliers on recognising and addressing modern slavery risks and have implemented a grievance mechanism for reporting any concerns confidentially.
TGT conducts annual risk assessments to identify potential areas of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain. We have performed audits of our suppliers and partners, and in cases where risks or incidents are identified, we take immediate remediation actions, including working with suppliers to address issues or terminating contracts if necessary.
To measure the effectiveness of our efforts, TGT uses key performance indicators such as the number of supplier audits conducted, the percentage of suppliers in compliance with our Code of Conduct, and the number of employees trained on modern slavery awareness. We monitor these KPIs and report on our progress annually in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report.
Looking ahead, TGT plans to implement a more comprehensive supplier engagement program to ensure all suppliers understand and comply with our anti-slavery policies. We will also continue to collaborate with industry groups and NGOs to stay informed about best practices and emerging risks. Our board and senior leadership are deeply committed to preventing modern slavery, regularly reviewing our policies, assessing progress, and ensuring adequate resources are allocated to our anti-slavery initiatives.

Our approach is also influenced by compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Australia) and similar legislation in other jurisdictions, as well as the expectations of our clients and partners.
