Step 1
Before we do anything, we get to understand you and your business.

Once we understand your needs, our focus is on finding the right people for the right roles. Whether it’s customer service, IT support, finance, marketing, or operations, we make sure every person we recommend to you has the skills, mindset, and attitude to thrive in your business.

Whilst we will always encourage flexibility, TGT is “Office First”, which means our recommendation is to have your offshore employees working in our carefully managed premises, whether in Philippines or Sri Lanka.
Why? Because we can offer reliable internet, power, infrastructure and welfare as well as food and drink through the day or night. Working in a welcoming, well equipped office space, as opposed to a home environment, with potential interruptions and unpredictable power and connectivity, will ensure you get the best from your team.

Your new team will be provided with a dedicated workspace, a modern desktop / laptop + screen and headset. They will connect with you via our world class design and secured IT network infrastructure.
They’ll also be given the relevant biometric IDs, to our secure offices.
Once the team is selected, we will make sure they’re fully onboarded: trained on your systems, briefed on your expectations, and ready to start contributing right away.
You’ll be provided with a dedicated TGT operations manager to oversee your team.
It should go without saying, but we’ll say it anyway – they’ll also get all of the ongoing support and training they will need to become a valued employee for your business.
