What’s Been Happening at TGT: A ViTAL Quarter in Review

Take a look at how TGT’s ViTAL initiatives brought our teams together from June to August, with wellness activities, celebrations, team events, recognition, and community programs across Manila and Sri Lanka.

At TGT, ViTAL brings together the activities and initiatives that help our people stay connected, supported, celebrated, and engaged beyond their day-to-day work.

From wellness and team activities to recognition and community initiatives, here’s a look at some of the moments that brought our teams together from June to August.

MANILA

Fresh from our Mid-Year celebrations, June was filled with opportunities to connect, have fun, and focus on wellbeing.

Our teams enjoyed mini floor walk activities, while the Kapamilya Run gave employees a chance to get active and spend time together outside the usual work routine.

We also marked Father’s Day, held our Flu Vaccination activity across sites, and recognized employees through our Anniversary and Perfect Attendance Awards.

July brought more ways for employees to engage, stay informed, and give back.

Mini games like Color Text Challenge and Incoherent, along with Bingo Bonanza, brought some fun into the workday.

Our HMO Renewal and Orientation activities also helped employees better understand their benefits.

Beyond our offices, the Back to School CSR initiative in Payatas gave our Manila team an opportunity to support students in the community.

The month also brought everyone together for our Titan Townhall, while our AEON team took part in a Wellness Games & Fair focused on health, movement, and connection.

August continued the focus on wellbeing, connection, and community.

Our Wellness Games & Fairs across AEON, MDC, ECO, and Cebu gave employees opportunities to stay active and enjoy some friendly competition. Bingo Bonanza also returned with more chances for employees to join in the fun.

Our Cebu team took part in the Yakult Run, combining fitness with time together outside the workplace.

Community remained an important part of the month, with our teams supporting both Disaster Relief and Back to School CSR initiatives.

SRI LANKA

Our Sri Lanka team came together for a Staff Dinner Out at Chill Restaurant, Colombo Port City, with around 80% of employees taking part.

The evening was all about good food, music, dancing, and spending time together away from the usual work routine.

As part of our Father’s Day celebrations, we also took the opportunity to recognize the dads on our team, with each receiving a special token of appreciation from SPA Ceylon.

More than just a dinner, it was a chance to strengthen team connections and create memories together.

MORE THAN JUST ACTIVITIES

Across Manila and Sri Lanka, the past quarter was filled with moments that went beyond the usual workday.

Whether it was a quick game between tasks, a wellness activity, a celebration of a milestone, or an opportunity to support the community, each initiative was another way for our people to connect, celebrate, stay well, and give back.

That’s what ViTAL is all about: creating meaningful experiences for the people who make TGT what it is.

Here’s to more moments together in the months ahead.
