A long time ago, it all began with solving a problem for our own IT business...

When the Bell brothers, Peter and Darren, launched Techno Global Team in September 2012, their focus was clear: supporting Managed IT Service Providers and tech-driven businesses through reliable offshore teams.

From the start, they saw how powerful it could be when the right people, processes and partnerships come together.

They worked out how to make offshoring work for their own IT business in Melbourne, Australia and then did it for others, including their competitors.

Yes, really. Competitors.

The success stories started growing – and soon, word spread throughout and then beyond the Managed Service Provider world.

We grew in a controlled way - to prove the model

For the next 14 years, we built our support team, added 5 offices across the Phillipines and Sri Lanka and most importantly, worked hard on our processes and operational model to ensure our partners and employees.

We figured out how to provision secure and partitioned networks and devices (thanks to our IT background). We did so well at this, we’re now proud to be ISO27001 certified.

We also figured out how to engage employees and keep them happy through our ViTAL program. If they’re happy – we know our partners will be happy.

Alongside all of that, we made friends at dozens of conferences across the world. We gave away a LOT of TimTams (the world’s best biscuit / cookie) and educated 100’s of people about the benefits of offshoring.

Sure enough, many of those people have been now partners of ours for years.

Then, other sectors wanted to take advantage

Over time, we noticed something: the challenges we were solving weren’t unique to tech. Businesses in all kinds of industries – finance, logistics, accounting, real estate, freight forwarding, marketing – were coming to us with the same needs. 

They were all looking for a smarter, simpler way to expand. 

That’s when we realized the name “Techno” didn’t quite capture who we were becoming. 

And so, in late 2025, we evolved into TGT Global.

It’s not about turning away from our beginnings – but opening doors and expanding our expertise to serve more industries, more businesses and more people around the world.
