TGT Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Thaddeus Susara as Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, reinforcing the company’s renewed commitment to supporting and partnering with IT vendors worldwide.
Thaddeus has played a pivotal role in TGT Global’s growth since joining the business in 2022. He initially served as Vice President of Business Development for North America, where he helped expand TGT’s regional footprint and deepen strategic customer relationships. He later progressed into the role of Vice President of Global Sales, unifying sales strategy across markets and supporting sustained commercial momentum.

As TGT Global continues to evolve following the launch of our new brand, we are placing greater emphasis on building long-term, strategic relationships across the wider technology ecosystem. Thaddeus’s cross-regional experience and deep understanding of partner-led growth make him ideally suited to lead this next phase.
Whilst TGT has historically focused on supporting Managed Services Providers, we are now actively expanding our engagement with IT vendors.
In his new role, Thaddeus will bring a renewed focus on working directly with IT vendors to:
- Demonstrate the commercial and operational benefits of offshoring back-office and operational roles as we continue our drive to win more vendor seats
- Offer strategic vendor partnerships & sponsorships for TGT events
- Collaborate with vendors to deliver educational content, thought leadership and enablement sessions focused around the benefits of offshoring
As Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, Thaddeus will now:
- Lead growth and engagement across TGT Global’s channel partner program in North America
- Build and expand global IT vendor partnerships
“This role reflects both where TGT Global is today and where we are heading,” said Thaddeus Susara. “There is a significant opportunity to work more closely with IT vendors – not just as service providers, but as strategic partners, to help them scale efficiently and compete more effectively through global talent.”

Peter Bell, CEO, TGT Global said “I’m excited to see Thaddeus step into this new role. With his deep relationships and network around him, I’m confident that his leadership will further strengthen our partner ecosystem, while delivering meaningful value to IT vendors around the world.”
