Techno Global Team is now TGT Global — the same people-first company, now with a broader mission. We help businesses across industries build high-performing offshore teams, simplifying offshoring so you can focus on growth.

If you’ve known us for a while, you’ll know we’ve always believed in one thing: businesses grow faster when they have the right people behind them.

That belief hasn’t changed – but we have.

Today, we’re excited to officially announce our evolution from Techno Global Team to TGT Global.

We’re not becoming a different company. We’re becoming a better version of the one you already know.

We started in tech – and grew far beyond it

When we launched as Techno Global Team more than a decade ago, our mission was clear: 

Help MSPs and tech-driven businesses scale with reliable offshore talent. And it worked. 

But something interesting happened along the way. More businesses from finance to logistics, accounting to freight forwarding, real estate to marketing started coming to us with the same challenges: 

  • “I can’t hire fast enough.” 
  • “Local salaries keep climbing.” 
  • “I don’t want to risk quality.” 
  • “We don’t have enough of a talent pool, locally.” 
  • “I need people I can trust and retain.” 

 
It didn’t matter what industry they were in. They didn’t need “tech offshoring”, they just needed great people. That’s when we realized it’s time for a change. 


TGT Global better reflects who we’ve become – a partner who helps different kinds of businesses scale with reliable, high-performing offshore teams. It’s a broader, clearer identity that matches the work we’re already doing every day.

We are simplifying how it’s sold, how it’s billed and how it’s delivered. Everything we are doing internally and externally is focused on simplification. We want to bring the potential and benefits of the talent pool across Philippines and Sri Lanka, the cost savings and the possibilities of 24×7 working to all small and medium businesses around the world.

Secondly, we’re making a clearer promise: We help businesses in any industry build teams which scale.
