Our December ViTAL activities brought teams together with year-end parties, Christmas hampers, and a festive employee-led Bazaar, boosting morale, engagement, and celebration.

December was a month of celebration, connection, and appreciation, and our ViTAL program made sure our teams felt valued every step of the way.  

Through carefully designed activities, we aim to foster engagement, strengthen morale, and create a positive workplace culture – benefits that directly impact productivity and client satisfaction.

The holiday spirit came alive at our Year-End Parties held in Sri Lanka, Cebu, and Manila. These celebrations were a wonderful opportunity for our teams to come together, reflect on a year of hard work, and enjoy some well-deserved fun.

Spreading Holiday Cheer with Christmas Hampers 

Nothing says “holiday joy” quite like a thoughtful gift. This December, we handed out Christmas hampers filled with festive treats and goodies to brighten our employees’ celebrations. It was our way of saying thank you for all the dedication and effort they’ve contributed throughout the year. 

Christmas Bazaar: A Festive Shopping Experience 

Our Christmas Bazaar brought a festive shopping experience right to the workplace, but with a special twist—employees were the sellers!  

Teams had the opportunity to showcase and sell their own crafts and handmade items to their colleagues. This not only encouraged creativity and entrepreneurial spirit but also fostered stronger connections among employees.  

The Bazaar was a fun, interactive way to celebrate the season while promoting engagement, collaboration, and a sense of pride in personal talents. 

Looking Back, Looking Forward 

December’s ViTAL activities were a wonderful reminder of the importance of community, recognition, and celebration. As we wrap up 2025, we’re grateful for the incredible contributions of our teams and look forward to continuing to make every workday a meaningful experience in the year ahead.
