Highlights: TGT Global’s ViTAL Program in the First Half of 2026

The first six months of 2026 were anything but ordinary for our employees. Through the VITAL Program, the Employee Experience team delivered a full calendar of events, surprises, and milestones designed to remind every team member of one simple thing: you matter here.

The best workplace cultures are not built in a single grand gesture. They are built in the small, consistent ones: a surprise on your birthday, a game on a slow afternoon, a party that actually feels like a party.

At TGT Global, that consistency has a name – the ViTAL Program. Here is how the first six months of 2026 unfolded.

January: The year begins with people first

We kicked off 2026 with a Monday Breakfast, a casual, energizing way to bring the team together before the year really got moving.

Not long after, the team came together to celebrate Australia Day, a fun, themed event that gave employees a chance to connect and feel the kind of belonging that comes from sharing something lighthearted with the people around you.

A strong start sets the tone, and January kicked off the year with memorable ViTAL highlights (There’s more detail about our January events on that link).

February: Sweet surprises and earned recognition

February packed a lot in. The Valentine’s Event gave employees a playful surprise, secret admirer letters and chocolates, a small gesture that made the office feel warmer.

The Titan Townhall brought real weight, formally recognizing the top performers of the previous quarter in front of their peers.

And the Biggest Loser Challenge gave employees a chance to commit to their health goals and compete in an encouraging, not intimidating way.

March: Honoring women, celebrating everyone

March had an intention behind it. The Women’s Month gathering was led by Ruth Yu-Owen and Mikaela Gonzales, who sparked honest conversation about resilience, growth, and the real pressures women navigate today. Paired with a healthy breakfast and tokens of appreciation, it was the kind of morning that stays with you.

Employee Appreciation Day was followed by treats, games, and recognition for top performers.

Then St. Patrick’s Day closed the month with extra treats and activities that gave everyone a good reason to step away from the screen.

April: When the whole family gets to celebrate

April showed what it looks like when a company remembers its people have lives outside the office. The Easter Event ran twice, once for employees and separately for their children. Same energy, same care, two celebrations.

Judith Temporada, Employee Experience Officer at TGT Global, says it best. “It was not just an activity. It created a fun and memorable experience that brought teams together and effectively promoted TGT’s commitment to work-life balance.”

The Sri Lanka Mid-Year Party also landed in April, full of traditional games, team spirit, and a closing feast that felt like a celebration of identity as much as achievement.

May: The month TGT went all out

May was the biggest month of the first half of the year. Mother’s Day gave every mom on the team a moment to pause and feel genuinely appreciated.

The Mental Toughness Seminar offered something more lasting – a free session on resilience that reminded employees that growth at TGT goes beyond the job.

Then the Mid-Year Parties took over. Cebu celebrated at Palm Beach Resort Mactan under the theme “Game On.” Manila, now a team too large for one venue, made it a two-day event, but it was the same fun experience.

Patricia Malig, Employee Experience Specialist at TGT Global, captures the spirit behind it all. “Beyond compensation, employees value organizations that recognize them as individuals with families, personal interests, and lives outside of work.”

June: Purpose, gratitude, and a good run

June opened with a sincere Father’s Day gesture, simple tokens of appreciation for every dad on the team.

Then we stepped out of the office with the Kapamilya Run, a fundraiser supporting childcare, disaster relief, and education through the ABS-CBN Foundation.

The first half of the year ended with a Flu Vaccination Program, reinforcing TGT Global’s commitment to employee well-being. By making preventive care more accessible, the program helps employees to protect their health, reduce the risk of seasonal illness, and stay at their best both at work and at home.

Six months in, and the best is still ahead

The second half of the year has something even bigger on the horizon – TGT Fiesta, our marquee four-day partnership event where clients, leaders, and offshore teams come together in Manila to connect, collaborate, and celebrate shared wins.
