TGT Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Cathy Tran as Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, as the company continues to deepen its focus on building long-term, strategic relationships across the global technology ecosystem.
Cathy brings with her a wealth of experience in enterprise sales, business development, and sponsorship across the IT and technology events space. She will be best known to many in our community through her time at Kaseya – where she spent nearly four years as Director of Events Sponsorship, working closely with the MSP and SMB channel. That experience gives her a deep understanding of the partners that TGT Global serves, and we are confident she will hit the ground running.
Cathy has also held senior commercial roles at Forrester, Oxford Global, and Dealmakers Forums, building a track record of driving revenue growth, securing high-value sponsorships, and expanding partner relationships across the technology sector. Most recently, she served as Territory Account Manager at Informa Connect, further strengthening her expertise in territory-based sales and partner engagement across the US market.
In her new role at TGT Global, Cathy will lead growth and engagement across our channel partner program in North America, build and expand global IT vendor partnerships, and work directly with vendors to demonstrate the commercial benefits of offshoring – as well as collaborating on educational content, thought leadership, and enablement activity across the channel.

Welcoming Matt Howley – Senior Business Development Manager, North America
We are also delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Howley as Vice President of Business Development, based in New York State – bringing a genuinely different perspective to the TGT Global commercial team.
Matt’s background is rooted in human performance and sports technology, having spent over a decade moving from hands-on coaching to strategic account leadership at Sportlight Technology, where he led the North American division. His experience blends data-driven thinking, CRM proficiency, and a deep commitment to building lasting client relationships – skills that translate directly into the kind of consultative, trust-based sales approach that TGT Global is built on.
We believe that diverse experience makes for stronger teams, and Matt is a great example of that. We’re looking forward to seeing his energy and fresh perspective make an impact across the North American market.

A note of thanks – Thaddeus Susara
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Thaddeus Susara, who will be stepping away from TGT Global at the end of May after more than three years with the business. Thaddeus has been a cornerstone of our commercial growth during that time – first as Vice President of Business Development for North America, then as Vice President of Global Sales, and most recently in his role leading Channel & Strategic Partnerships.
Throughout his time with us, Thaddeus played a significant part in expanding our regional footprint, building strong partner relationships, and keeping our MSP community engaged and well supported. His dedication to our partners has made a real and lasting difference, and his contribution to TGT Global will not be forgotten.
