From April 20 to 24, TGT Global took its first-ever Partner Roadshow across Australia, bringing leaders and partners together for five lunch events in five cities.
The roadshow stopped in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth, where partners had the chance to meet with TGT Global CEO Peter Bell, COO Peter Hammon, and Darren Bell, Co-founder of TGT in a more personal and relaxed setting.
Five cities with one shared goal
For TGT Global, the 10,000km, five-city Australian run wasn’t about the distance travelled – it’s about what happens when leadership shows up and conversations happen.
Pete, Darren and Peter were doing what no video call has ever quite managed to replicate – sitting down with partners and sharing real conversations in person.
The roadshow was built to bring partner ties closer through open discussions, shared meals and face-to-face time. Each lunch gave room for talks on what is working well, where there is room to grow, and what partners are seeing each day in their own teams and workflow.

Conversations that brought value
For CEO, Peter Bell, the trip showed the value of a strong connection.
“Five lunches, six flights, and over 10,000km, but one thing stood out. Partnerships are the key to success,” he shared. “It was an amazing chance to have genuine conversations about business needs, how AI is being used, and what the future may look like. Together, TGT keeps helping make our partners’ offshoring journey simpler.”

For Peter Hammon, the roadshow gave a rare chance to meet many partners on their home turf.
“While I often meet partners who visit Manila, this was a new concept,” he said. “It let me visit the hometowns of partners who have not yet had the chance to come to Manila and meet them in person for the first time.”
He also shared that the best part was taking talks out of the board room and into warm, social spaces.
“We had good food, good laughs and open talks which will help us build even better services, fit for our partners’ needs.”

What comes next?
More than a run of lunch events, the Partner Roadshow was one of many of TGT Global’s initiatives to stay close to its partners. These connections are built for the long run, and the week helped prove that great work starts with trust, shared goals, and real human connections.
