Some of the best business relationships start not with a contract, but with trust built over time. That is the story behind TGT Global’s Channel Partner Program, and the two people who are now leading it.
The people running the program
Clark Acode manages the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region as Channel Program Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in business transformation and tech consulting.
Cathy Tran holds the VP of Channel and Strategic Partnerships role, based in Boston, and covers North America. Together, they are the first point of contact for TGT’s growing network of channel partners.
Both came to TGT for a reason that had less to do with the job title and more to do with the people behind it. Cathy, who built her relationship with Peter Bell, CEO of TGT, and Darren Bell, Co-Founder of TGT, was clear about what drew her in.
“They are an incredible team, and I really like working with people like that. They also believed in me, and that was one of the biggest reasons I wanted to come here,” she shared.
Clark, who joined in early 2026, echoed that feeling from a different angle. Coming from a consulting background, he was drawn to TGT’s culture and the way it naturally fits with the way Filipinos work.
For Clark, “one thing that really stands out about TGT is the culture. It is something Filipinos are just born with, and it makes the work feel different in a good way.”
That energy does not stay behind closed doors. It shows up in how the program runs every single day.

What does the Channel Partner Program do?
The Channel Partner Program is not just a support line. It is a full relationship between TGT Global and its partners, built to maintain clear communication and solve problems quickly.
Clark described the mindset the team brings to every partner relationship.
“The role is really about tightening things up and building strong relationships with the partners we have – consistency, communication, transparency, setting the right expectations from the start.
If there are blockers, you tell them right away, explain things in detail, and put together a game plan. It is more about making sure they trust you enough to handle the business with them.”
Beyond conversations and check-ins, the program also gives channel partners access to tools that make the day-to-day easier.
Our partner portal gives clients visibility into the offshore teams working with them, tracks daily activity through dashboards, and even allows partners to send small rewards like shirts or treats to team members.
It sounds simple. But when you manage remote staff, feeling someone’s presence from miles away matters more than most people realize.
How TGT Global helps partners level up
TGT has always taken learning seriously, and the Channel Partner Program brings that same thinking into every partner relationship. Clark pointed to Moodle, TGT’s learning platform, as one of the tools available to help partner teams grow over time.
“TGT has excellent learning support, and we want to maximize the tools we have available to help partner teams succeed,” Clark said. “Not everyone has the internal capacity for things like project management training, but we can provide that. All they need to do is enroll in the course, and we take care of the rest.”
The bigger picture, for both Clark and Cathy, is about growing together rather than just managing accounts. Cathy, who works closely with North American partners in their own time zone, sees her role as a bridge between what TGT knows and what partners need to hear.
“I am working in their time zone, so I can be that person they reach out to. We have been doing this for 15 years, and I want to be able to share that knowledge with the partners I work with,” Cathy shared.

How to reach the channel partner team
If you are a partner with a question, a concern, or just need someone to talk through a challenge, the team is easy to reach. A message to the general partner inbox gets to both Clark and Cathy. They will either solve it directly or bring in the right people to move things forward.
Our Channel Partner Program is not just built to manage accounts from a distance, but to show up for the people in them, with the tools, the knowledge, and the relationship to back it up.
The best way to understand a team is to hear from the people on it. Cathy and Clark, who lead TGT’s Channel Partner Program across APAC and North America, sat down to talk about what drives them, what they do for partners, and why they believe in the work they show up for every day.
